Acceptable use policy

Everyone using VedaUI, VedaQL, a trial or this website — and the portals and apps built with them. If you build a portal, you are responsible for how it is used.

• anything illegal, or helping someone else do something illegal;
• using personal data without a lawful reason, or without telling people as the law requires;
• pages that pretend to be another company or person, or that collect passwords, card details or other information under false pretences;
• spam: SMS, WhatsApp or email messages people did not agree to receive, or that break messaging rules (such as DLT rules in India);
• content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful or sexually exploits anyone — especially children;
• using someone else's content, brand or software without the right to;
• malware, or code meant to harm people or systems.

• Don't try to reach other customers' workspaces, data or accounts.
• Don't test, scan or attack our systems without our written permission. Found a weakness? Tell us at hello@vedaapps.com — thank you.
• Don't get around limits, access checks or the function sandbox.
• Don't overload the services — for example load tests, crypto mining or long-running jobs in functions.
• Don't resell or share trial access, or open several trials to get around the 7 days.

We may remove content, stop a portal or function, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal activity to the authorities. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
